Each Wednesday after baking, I set out to deliver each loaf by biclycle and trailer. Each loaf is naturally leavened and made with stone ground, whole grain flour- dropped on your doorstep or at your office in a handmade reusable cloth bread bag. The breads are inspired by European recipes (inspired by my apprenticeship in Germany) and more recently American Artisanal Whole Grain Baking.
Deliveries will begin on February 8th!
